Monday 19-12-2022 Today, a graduation ceremony was organized by 10 associations from the Performance Development Laboratory for the NGOs of the Capacity Building Unit, which are partner societies for the Egypt Good Foundation, according to the methodology of the laboratory work, where the period of work with those associations took from 6 to 12 months according to the plans that were approved for the institutional capacity building process for each association separately. It is worth noting that the partner NGOs of the Institutional Performance Development Laboratory were exposed to development in accordance with a methodology and scientific stages of development begin with the pre -institutional institutional evaluation of the association to determine the institutional gaps, then design the institutional development plan with participation, then implement the plan that may take a year, then conduct the dimension after that to measure the interventions returns, and in the case of the association passes the agreed growth rate that is done Graduating the association from the laboratory and issuing a certificate of graduation. During the graduation ceremony activities, the partner societies reviewed success stories as a result of the institutional development that was implemented with them in addition to opening the discussion about the future of the partnership between the associations and the Egypt Foundation, in the presence of: Dr./ Mohamed Rifai ..
